Notice on Online Registration of Retaking Courses for International Undergraduate Students in 2019/2020(1) Semester

关于2019/20201)学期留学生课程重学网上报名的通知

各学院、全体留学生:

本学期留学生的课程重学网上报名即将开始,现将网上报名工作的有关事项通知如下:

一、网上报名时间:

本学期课程重学网上报名时间为2019108-1018日。

请需要参加重学的留学生务必在规定的时间内用Google Chrome浏览器登录正方教务管理系统http://172.16.19.160/(校内)http://www.gdjw.zjut.edu.cn/(校外)报名(具体操作步骤详见附件),或前往所在专业学院,在专业学院指导下操作,逾期不再办理重学报名。初次登录正方教务管理系统,请先按《正方教务管理系统基本操作指南》(http://www.jwc.zjut.edu.cn/newsDetail.jsp?id=2174)操作。

二、重学费缴纳:

1、完成网上报名后,请留学生到国际化培养办公室(屏峰:健行楼B405,朝晖:东科教楼南楼112)开重学缴费通知单,然后持重学缴费通知单到计财处(屏峰:健B418,朝晖:东科教楼北楼101)缴现金(2016级及之前52.5/学分收取,2017级及之后105/学分收取)。完成缴费后,请留学生务必带收据到国际化培养办公室确认重学资格

2、若不按时缴费,则作自动放弃重学处理。

3、缴费确认截止时间:1025日下午4点前。

三、重学课程注意事项

1、未办理重学手续,擅自参加课程考试,成绩无效。

2单独开班重学的课程上课时间请留意教务处网站上的通知。插班重学的课程在报名缴费后即可参加学习。

3、重学课程必须参加课堂学习,完成规定的作业、实验。如重学课程与其他教学环节时间冲突时,学生可向重学课程的任课教师书面申请免听课,经同意可部分听课或自学,但须完成规定的作业、实验,方可参加考核。

Notice on Online Registration of Retaking Courses for International Undergraduate Students in 2019/2020(1) Semester

To all colleges and all international students it may concern:

The online registration of retaking courses for international undergraduate students this semester is going to start. Some relevant matters on online registration are as follows.

1.Registration Time

The online registration time of retaking courses this semester is from Oct.8th to Oct.18th.

Students who need to retake courses must log in Zhengfang educational management system (http://172.16.19.160) with Campus Network or (www.gdjw.zjut.edu.cn) with Common Network for registration. Google Chrome browser is recommended. (See specific operation steps in annex), or register online under the guidance of teachers from major colleges on time. No overdue service. For the first time to log in Zhengfang educational management system, please follow the guidance of Online Operation Steps of Zhengfang educational management system(http://www.jwc.zjut.edu.cn/newsDetail.jsp?id=2174).

2.Payments for Retaking Courses

a). International undergraduate students shall go to the International Education Office (Pingfeng Campus: Jianxing Building B, Room 405, Zhaohui Campus: South Dongkejiao Building , Room 112) to get a payment notice after registering online. Then students shall go to the Financial Office (Pingfeng Campus: Jianxing Building B, Room 418, Zhaohui Campus: North Dongkejiao Building , Room 101) with the payment notice to pay in cash. The tuition of retaking courses is 52.5 Yuan per credit for students enrolled in or before 2016, 105 Yuan per credit for students enrolled in or after 2017. International undergraduate students shall go back to the International Education Office with receipt to confirm the qualification of retaking courses after payment.

b). If students do not pay in time, it is regarded as giving up the qualification of retaking courses.

c). Deadline of confirmation: before 4pm, Oct.25th.

3. Attentions of Retaking Courses

a). If the foreign students who fail to complete the required formalities and take the examinations without permission, the scores of the corresponding examinations will be invalid.

b).Please pay attention to the notice on the website of the Academic Affairs Office of   ZJUT for the schedule of the special classes for retaking only. If you retake courses in the general classes, it will be available after registration and payment.

c). Students who retake courses must attend the class, and finish required homework and experiments. If the time of retaking courses conflicts with other courses, students can apply for free lectures in written form from teachers of these courses. Then students can take part of the courses or study by themselves with permission. Students can take examinations only after finishing required homework and experiments.
