关于2016级本科留学生新生核对学籍电子注册信息的通知
各学院、2016级本科留学生新生：
根据教育部《普通高等学校新生学籍电子注册暂行办法》（教学（2007）3号）和《高校学生获得学籍及毕业证书政策告知》的文件精神，要求2016级所有新生必须核对本人学籍信息。现将有关事项通知如下：
一、核对对象
已报到入学、注册的全日制2016级本科留学生新生。
二、核对时间
2016年12月6日～2016年12月23日
三、核对方式
留学生本人带上护照、学生证等有效证件到专业学院核对本人学籍信息，并在纸质稿上签字确认。如有错误，请留学生本人在纸质稿上更正后签字，并留下更正依据(如复印件等）；同时专业学院在电子稿上更正（标红）后发至国际化培养办公室邮箱gjhpy@zjut.edu.cn，并统一上交签字的纸质稿和更正材料。
四、工作要求
1、新生学籍电子注册工作，是加强高校学生学籍管理的主要手段，是发放学历证书的重要依据。新生通过学籍电子注册才能获得学籍，具有学籍的学生才能获得毕业证书；
2、各学院须高度重视、加强督促，认真做好学籍电子注册的宣传动员工作，让留学生充分认识到新生学籍电子注册工作的重要性，要求全校2016级留学生必须于12月23日前完成学籍电子注册信息核对工作；
3、此次2016级新生核对的学籍电子注册信息是2016级留学生毕业时学历证书电子注册信息的唯一依据。如留学生不按时核对，出现学籍信息错误，由留学生本人承担责任。

Notice on Verification of School Roll’s Electronic Registration Information of 2016 International Freshmen

To all the colleges and 2016 international freshmen it may concern:
According to the documents of Interim Measures for the Electronic Registration of New Students of Ordinary Colleges and Universities (order No.3 [2007] of Education) and Announcement on College Students’ Registration and Graduation Certificate Acquisition Policy, 2016 international freshmen must verify the registration information. The specific items are as follows:
1. Verification Target
All the 2016 full-time international freshmen who have already registered and entered the university.
2. Verification Time: From Dec 6, 2016 to Dec 23, 2016.
3. Verification Mode
International student must go to the major college to check personal registration information with passport and student card or other valid certificates, and sign on paper draft for confirmation. If there is any mistake, the international student needs to correct them on the paper draft and then sign the name and leave the evidence of correcting, such as a copy. At the same time, the major college needs to correct the electronic draft with red markers and then send it to the International Education Office via email, gjhpy@zjut.edu.cn, and hand in the paper drafts with signature and the corrected materials.
4. Requirements
a.) The electronic registration of freshman is the main method to reinforce the administration of college students and the important evidence to grant academic certificate. Freshmen can get school roll only after finishing electronic registration, and only students with school roll can get graduate certificates.
b.) All colleges must pay high attention to it and strengthen supervision. Publicity mobilization of electronic registration must be carried out to help international students fully realize the importance of it. All the 2016 international students must finish the verification of school roll’s electronic registration before Dec 23, 2016.
c.) The electronic registration information of school roll verified by 2016 international freshman is the only evidence of 2016 international student’s registration information of academic certificate when graduating. If international students do not check the information on time and leave some mistakes, they must take the responsibilities themselves.
