关于2022届本科毕业留学生核对学籍信息与毕业照片的通知
各学院、2022届毕业留学生：
为确保2022届毕业留学生的学历信息顺利进行电子注册和网上查询，请认真阅读相关须知并配合做好相关工作：
一、全国高等学校学生信息咨询与就业指导中心是负责高等教育学历证书网上查询和认证服务的专门机构；新华社中国图片社受教育部委托，负责全国高等教育学历证书图像采集工作。
二、毕业生图像拍摄是学历电子注册工作中的重要环节，拍摄的照片将由学校粘贴到毕业证书上，而拍摄的电子图像将上报教育部，作为学历证书的重要内容进行电子注册，并提供网上查询，若不参加拍照将查不到个人学历信息。
三、中国高等教育学生信息网(学信网)（http://www.chsi.com.cn）是教育部唯一指定发布学历信息的网站。为了保证学历信息的准确性，请各学院认真做好宣传动员工作，让毕业留学生充分认识到学历电子注册工作的重要性，要求各位2022届本科毕业留学生联系专业学院，认真核对自己的相关信息（学籍信息和毕业照片等）。如有错误，请留学生本人提供更正依据（如复印件、照片等）；同时由留学生本人或专业学院在纸质稿上更正（标红）、签字盖章后和更正材料一并上交国际化培养科。全校2022届毕业留学生必须于2022年5月20日以前完成核对，逾期不候。
四、应届毕业留学生必须按时核对学籍信息和毕业照片等，若不按时进行核对，将影响学历注册和学历证书的发放，后果自负。
五、由于学籍信息和毕业照片等涉及个人信息，请不要委托他人代劳。

Notice on Verification of School Roll Information and Graduation Photos of 2022 International Graduates

To all colleges and 2022 international graduates it may concern:
To make sure that the electronic registration and online inquiry of education information of 2022 international graduates are conducted smoothly, please read relevant notices carefully and cooperate.
1. China Higher Education Student Information and Career Center is a specialized institution responsible for online inquiry and certification services for higher education diploma. Xinhua News Agency, China Photo Agency is entrusted by the Ministry of Education and is responsible for the image collection of national higher education diploma.
2. Graduation image photography is an important part of the electronic registration work of educational background. The photo will be attached by the school to the diploma, and the electronic image will be submitted to the Ministry of Education as an important part of the academic qualifications for electronic registration, and for online inquiries, If students do not participate in the photograph, they will not find their personal information.
3. China Higher-education Student Information website (http://www.chsi.com.cn) is the only website designated by the Ministry of Education to publish educational information. In order to ensure the accuracy of academic information, please do a good job of propaganda and mobilization, so that students are fully aware of the importance of academic registration of electronic registration. 2022 international graduates are required to contact their own major colleges and check their own relevant information conscientiously (school roll information and graduation photos, etc.). If there is any mistake, international graduates should provide the evidence of correcting (a copy, photos, etc.) by themselves. At the same time, the paper draft should be corrected with red markers and signed by international graduates themselves or major colleges. Then the paper draft should be sealed and handed in to the International Education Office along with the corrected materials by major colleges. All 2022 international graduates throughout the university must finish checking before May 20, 2022, or they won’t be handled after the due time.
4. International graduation students must check the school roll information and graduation photos on time, if not, it will affect the registration of academic qualifications and grant of academic certificates at your peril.
5. Please do not entrust others to do so because it relates to personal information such as school roll information and graduation photos.
