关于2019/2020（2）学期英文授课留学生课程重学网上报名的通知
各学院、各位英文授课留学生：
本学期英文授课留学生的课程重学网上报名即将开始，现将网上报名工作的有关事项通知如下：
一、重学网上报名时间：
本学期英文授课留学生的课程重学网上报名时间为2020年5月8日-5月18日。
请需要参加重学的英文授课留学生务必在规定的时间内经专业学院秘书确认后用Google Chrome浏览器登录正方教务管理系统http://172.16.19.160/（校内）、http://www.gdjw.zjut.edu.cn/（校外）报名（具体操作步骤详见附件），逾期不再办理重学报名。初次登录正方教务管理系统，请先按《正方教务管理系统基本操作指南》（http://www.jwc.zjut.edu.cn/newsDetail.jsp?id=2174）操作。
二、重学费缴纳：
本次重学报名暂缓缴费，缴费时间与方式将另行通知。
三、重学课程注意事项
1、插班重学和单独开班重学的课程均在网上报名。单独开班重学的课程上课时间请留意正方教务管理系统上的课表。
2、5月20日教务处会将重学报名情况导出给老师，由任课教师导入相应的网络教学平台。
3、重学课程教学要求与正常开设课程要求一致。如重学课程与其他教学环节时间冲突时，学生可向重学课程的任课教师书面申请调整上课时间或方式，经任课教师同意并完成课程学习要求及作业后，方可参加考核。
4、未办理重学手续，擅自参加课程考试，成绩无效。
请同学们务必仔细阅读《正方教务管理系统课程重学网上报名操作步骤》,在规定时间内登录正方系统进行重学课程的网上报名，并请同学们相互转告。

Notice on Online Registration of Retaking Courses for International Undergraduate Students Taught in English in 2019/2020(2) Semester

To all colleges and all international students taught in English:
The online registration of retaking courses for international undergraduate students taught in English this semester is going to start. Some relevant matters on online registration are as follows.
1.Registration Time
The online registration time of retaking courses for international undergraduate students taught in English this semester is from May 8th to May 18th.
International students taught in English who need to retake courses must log in Zhengfang educational management system (http://172.16.19.160) with Campus Network or (www.gdjw.zjut.edu.cn) with Common Network after confirmation by the major college for registration. Google Chrome browser is recommended. (See specific operation steps in annex). No overdue service. For the first time to log in Zhengfang educational management system, please follow the guidance of Online Operation Steps of Zhengfang educational management system (http://www.jwc.zjut.edu.cn/newsDetail.jsp?id=2174).
2. Payment for Retaking Courses
The payment time and method for retaking courses this time will be notified separately.
3. Attentions of Retaking Courses
a). For those courses that need to be retaken in mixed classes and those that need to be retaken in separate classes, online registration is both required. Please pay attention to the schedule in ZhengFang educational administration system for the retaking courses that are taught separately.
b). On May 20, the Academic Affairs Office will export the registration information of retaking courses to the course teachers, then the course teachers will import it into the corresponding online teaching platform.
c). The teaching requirements for retaking courses are consistent with those for normal courses. If the time of retaking courses conflicts with other courses, students can apply for adjusting the course time or method in written form from course teachers. Students can take examinations only after the permission of the course teachers and complete the course learning requirements and assignments.
d). If students who fail to complete the required retaking formalities and take the examinations without permission, the scores of the corresponding examinations will be invalid.
Please read the annex carefully, and register in the Zhengfang system within the specified time. Students can inform each other.
